  • Effectively communicate complex scientific data, providing accurate medical information to healthcare professionals and addressing advanced medical queries.

  • Support internal teams (Medical Affairs, Marketing, Field Force, Key Account Management) by sharing scientific insights, delivering training, and participating in joint field activities.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio, its clinical applications, and patient care pathways in hospital settings.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the UK territory.

  • Conduct hospital visits to facilitate scientific exchange and deliver impactful clinical and scientific presentations.

  • Organize and contribute to advisory boards, and represent the company at congresses, symposia, and other scientific forums.

  • Identify, train, and support potential speakers in presenting new clinical data effectively.

  • Contribute to national and local activities across all therapeutic areas within the Eumedica portfolio.

Internal Collaboration & Reporting

  • Build and develop a strategic plan in the assigned territory, in line with company’s objectives.

  • Document and report field activities to Medical Affairs, providing actionable insights on the medical community and contributing to training and promotional content.

  • Identify and interpret signals from external experts, translating them into opportunities or potential risks for the company.

  • Share feedback on emerging clinical practice trends and highlight unmet needs within therapeutic areas.

Research & Clinical Support

  • Monitor and provide support for ongoing investigator-initiated studies.

You will report directly to the MSL Lead.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD in life sciences) with proven expertise in antimicrobial chemotherapy.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or equivalent role.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with strong presentation capabilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain credible peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs and key decision makers.

  • Skilled at synthesising complex scientific information and delivering it effectively to healthcare professionals.

  • Strong project management abilities, with a track record of prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives.

  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently within assigned responsibilities.

  • Willingness to travel extensively (field-based role covering the UK nations).

  • Fluency in English.

  • Confident user of IT tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

What We Offer

  • A full-time, long-term contract.

  • A competitive salary package aligned with your experience.

  • A varied role with opportunities for continuous learning and skill development.
